You can make a return within 30 days starting from the day on which the delivery took place. We would like to inform you that the cost for the collection service is €9 which will be deducted directly from the amount that will be refunded. This cost will be supported by fusarouomo.eu in the event that the return is followed by a size change or the issue of a voucher that can be used on the site itself.

Before requesting a return you must ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

  • Log in to your account, click on the icon at the top right and log in to www.fusarouomo.eu.
  • The system will send you an email with a unique code to enter in order to complete access
  • In the  ORDERS section of your dashboard, click on the order you want to return.
  • Once the tab is open, on the right of the title you will find the wording "Return" which you will have to click on.
  • Enter all the fields of interest, specifying: the reason for the return, in the case of an exchange the product or size with which you want to replace the garment and any refund preference between crediting the amount spent (- shipments ) or the issue of a voucher to be spent exclusively on the site equal to the total value of the products (without deducting the cost for collection).

Once the return request has been entered, our customer care service will evaluate the feasibility of the request and in case of a positive response will confirm the procedure.

In this case you will receive a confirmation email.

Subsequently our service will book a collection at the address indicated during the purchase phase. In the event of an exchange, the new product will be sent so as to deliver the new one and collect the old one at the same time.

GIVE THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER

The courier will collect your return at the address indicated within 24/48 working hours from confirmation of the return on the platform.

We remind you that the return must be entrusted to the courier within the deadlines expected. Otherwise the return cannot be accepted.

GET YOUR REFUND

After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items and the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used during the purchase. The cost of the return will be automatically withheld, therefore, please note that no payment is required to the courier itself. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund cannot be made.
We remind you that the time needed to view the refund on your account may also vary based on your credit institution. You can check the status of your return via your personal page or from the "ORDER STATUS" section. For security reasons we cannot refund on a card other than the one used for the purchase.
